Hotel Bolívar

This iconic hotel was built in the 1920's and has welcomed such personalities as Orson Welles, Ava Gardner and John Wayne. The house specialty is the Catedral, a Pisco Sour with a double the dose of the Peruvian brandy to take you back to Lima's golden age.

Bar Maury

Rumored to be the birthplace of the Pisco Sour, Bar Maury has certainly perfected the famous cocktail. Head bartender, Eloy, has spent the better part of 50 years serving up the delicious drink to Lima's finest. Don't miss the photo of 1966 classic race winner (a horse) taking a sip.

Piano Bar Munich

Hidden in what appears to be an urban cave, this Lima haunt has been entertaining guests with piano duets since the 1950's. From classics to renditions of modern pop, this is the perfect low-key spot to enjoy a beer, good company and a variety of familiar tunes.
